Safe working height: As a general guideline, user should NEVER stand or climb higher than the fourth step down from the top of the ladder. Common sense should always prevail; never go higher on a ladder than you feel is safe for any given job. Safety First: This is a special use product with specific limitations & is not intended for every job. All three points that come in contact with the ground depend on penetration of the turf for stability. There is no spreader arm or tether between the third leg pole & ladder to prevent spreading. Orchard ladders should NEVER be used on a hard surface such as concrete, pavement, etc..
Common Uses The design of our CLASSIC series ladders makes them the right choice for a variety of applications, the most common being tree fruit picking, tree pruning, and general landscape maintenance. These ladders are meant for applications where a heavy duty ladder is needed, but weight and cost may be a deciding factor. General Description Our 300 CLASSIC series ladders are crafted after the original aluminum ladders produced at our plant. They use many of the same parts and dimensions as our 100 standard series super duty ladders. They also use the same heat-treated structural grade aluminum found on all of our ladders. Steps feature an extruded non-slip design with additional ridges placed in most common wear areas. They are held in place by a minimum of eight solid aircraft type rivets per step. You will also find formed angle braces at stress points both front and back. Replacement parts are always available for all of our brand ladders, no matter how old or new they may be. Repair Parts
